How can I access my order history?
If you have created an ArtCla$ customer account, you can view your order history. Sign in and click on your orders for status and tracking information.
What payment options are accepted?
Payments are accepted via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express PayPal and Apple Pay with a valid billing address.
You may also contact us for assistance with your order through a secure payment link.
Is my purchase on artclas.com secure?
All transactions done on the artclas.com website are extremely secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Art Clas makes a commitment to you not to save any credit card information.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). Delivery
Do you ship outside the USA?
Phone cases: Yes, we ship all over the world, with free shipping!
Jewelry: Free, insured domestic shipping on all jewelry. We do not ship jewelry orders outside the USA, but custom orders can be shipped internationally. Please contact us to arrange an exception.
Please Note: All jewelry packages require a signature upon delivery. If your package is returned to us because you were not able to be contacted at the time of delivery, you will receive a refund for your order MINUS the shipping fee and restocking fee for the item(s) you ordered. Please contact us if you need to change your delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday. Should any items be unavailable, the preparation time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated.
Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped.
- Phone Cases: 1 to 5 business days depending on the location
- Jewelry: Complimentary 1-2 business days, insured, requires signature.
If you prefer to have your jewelry shipped to a local FedEx for pick up, please contact us before placing your order.
ArtCla$ cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays such as inclement weather on the delivery route. Our carrier will attempt to deliver your order up to three times before returning it to our distribution center.
How is my order prepared?
After you have placed your order, it will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification once your unique tracking number is generated and your order is ready to ship.
-Phone Cases: Ship within 2-4 days.
-Jewelry: Ready to Ship pieces will be shipped within 3 - 5 days, depending on required customizations including resizing and engraving.
Do your deliveries need signatures?
A signature is required upon all jewelry and painting deliveries and cannot be waived. Our carrier will attempt to deliver your order up to three times before returning it to our distribution center.

Has my order been shipped?
Once you place an order, you can view your order status at any time. Simply log in to your account and click on "My Orders." You may then select your desired order, view the details of your purchase and the status of your shipment.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order from artclas.com has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique tracking number included. You can view your order status at any time. Simply log in to your account and click on Orders. Select the desired order, and then you may press “Track my order.”
Please note during peak periods delivery times may take longer. Additionally, our workshop and/or carriers may be closed on National Holidays or experience inclement weather delays etc.
Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges on Phone Cases?
Yes! We accept returns on items in their original condition for 15 days after the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@artclas.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Please Note:
Phone cases can only be exchanged once. Once you've received an exchanged item, it can only be returned for a refund.
If the product you wish to return or exchange meets our specified conditions, you have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method or proceed with your exchange order.
We strive to process all returns and exchanges efficiently, but please allow up to 14 business days for us to complete the process.
This policy is in place to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange experience.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on jewelry?
Yes! Returns/exchanges are eligible for all jewelry ordered via ArtCla$ website checkout. You have a 14-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange on jewelry in their original, unworn condition, including all paperwork. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Customized Pieces:
All sales are final for jewelry with stone upgrades and/or engravings.
Restocking Fee (Returns):
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry designs, a restocking fee of 10% (up to a maximum of $500) is applied to returns. This fee is intended to cover the labor costs associated with production.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. Credit does not apply to future purchases. Limited to one exchange per piece.
This policy is in place to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange experience.
Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to facilitate your online shopping experience. We also monitor the number of returns made by our customers. Repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your artclas.com account or refusal of future orders.
Engraving
Can I personalize an eligible item after my purchase?
We're happy to customize your jewelry with special engravings. Contact us for more information.
Gifting
Do you gift wrap, or include a message?
For jewelry, yes! If you'd like complimentary gift wrapping with a message, please contact us after placing your order. Your message will be hand written on a note card and inserted into an envelope. Invoice will not include pricing.
